Anti-Doping Privacy Policy

The Anti-Doping Agency of Armenia (ARM-NADO) is a signatory to the World Anti-Doping Code (the Code) and is responsible for implementing the anti-doping program in the Republic of Armenia. This privacy notice describes how we will collect, use, and share personal information about you in order to implement our anti-doping program and create a fair sporting environment for all athletes.

If we make material changes to this policy that will affect the way we process your personal information, we will require relevant individuals to review and accept the updated notice.

Who We Are

ARM-NADO is the national anti-doping organization of Armenia, established to protect the health of athletes and ensure fair play in sports. We operate in compliance with the World Anti-Doping Code and collaborate with WADA, UNESCO, and the IOC.

Data We Collect

We collect identity information, contact details, sports information, whereabouts data, medical information (TUE applications), biological samples and test results, and violation records.

How We Use Data

For doping control testing, TUE processing, whereabouts management, results management, education programs, investigations, reporting to WADA, and ensuring Code compliance.

Data Sharing

We may share data with WADA, international and national sports federations, WADA-accredited laboratories, anti-doping hearing panels, and government authorities as required by law.

Your Rights

Subject to applicable law and the requirements of the Code, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal information
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion in certain circumstances
  • Object to certain processing activities
  • Receive information about data processing
